Wow, the show last week was a blast. So many new friends and fans. We'd like to thank Isaiah and Keith for helping us out with these past couple shows. We couldn't have done it without them. Speaking of thanks, from the depths of our hearts, we'd like to thank anyone who cares enough to come tomorrow. It truly means the world to us. We're playing last in the line-up for the show, so if something's going on and you can't make it to the show, stop by afterwards. We'll still be jamming. We're pulling out the entire Gladstones catalog of songs. In case your scroll bar is broken, here again are the directions to the show. Rest up. Tomorrow's the big day.

Dearest fans, the time has come for us to say our goodbyes. For how long, who knows. What we do know is that there are two shows left. Friday August 1 and Sunday August 10. Visit the shows page for further information. We'd like to see everyone who has liked our music or supported us in any way to be at these shows to help make them momentous for everyone. Also, the last show will be played by ALL of The Gladstones. That's Bill, Derek, Alan, Tom, and Tony Gladstone rocking like they've never rocked before.

Long time, no update. Lots of new things to write about. First and foremost, the Vacancy CD release show was a blast. Thanks to all who came out and even more thanks to those who picked up our CD. Next up, just to clear up any misconceptions or rumors, we did not break up, nor do we plan to break up after some designated show. We will rock until there is no rock left. If someone tells you we broke up, hand them a flyer to one of our upcoming shows. Which brings us to the next point. NEW SHOWS!. There are currently three shows scheduled in different areas of Beaver and Allegheny counties. This should help all the cats who consistently miss shows simply because they are too far from home. Please consult the Shows page for information on the shows on August 1, August 10, and August 15. In case you're really lazy, here is the flyer for the For What It's Worth show on August 10.

Can't wait for the big show on the 24th? Are you marking off the days on your calendar? Perhaps we can interest you in the flyer for the show, or here is a whole sheet of flyers you can print and copy and cut out and give to your friends OR if you feel so inclined, click here or on the image below to use it as your AOL buddy icon.

Tony and Bill Gladstone will not be playing at the show on the 24th. Therefore, do not ask them about the show. More information on the subject will come within the next day or so.

Do you miss us? You don't have to for very much longer! The Gladstones will be playing a show on the 24th of this month in Hopewell. Shouldn't be too far of a trip for anyone. We'll be jamming with some really awesome bands including The Vacancy and Once Nothing. For full information and directions check out the Shows page. Also, if anyone tells you that, for whatever reason, we are not playing this show. Do not only disregard what they say, but feel free to let them know that they have been misinformed. School's out and it's time to rock your ears off with The Gladstones!

The Gladstones will not be performing at the show tonight. Do stop over at the Monaca SOI to see Klank, Cariosis, Standing Alone, The Brassholes, Triumph Over Tragedy, Giving Chase, Mezzokaimin, Clearview, Better Off Dead, and Code Green. Show's gonna be great.

Thursday, May 15, 2003 v2.0

ATTENTION!!! The show is NOT at the Monaca Sons of Italy anymore. It has been moved to the Rochester VFW. Directions can be found here. Sorry for the inconvenience, but apparently, some bands and their fans don't know how to respect the hard work and communications skills the members and friends of The Gladstones put into making that place into a venue.

Tomorrow is one of the last shows The Gladstones will play for a long time. If you miss it, your loss. If you want information for the show, click here for a copy of the flyer. Click here for directions to the show. Between Starving and Solace has also been added to the playbill, so be sure to check them out, too. Remember, last show for a long time.

Surfing through the Standing Alone site, I found that The Gladstones are scheduled to play a show at the Unionville Church on May 10. Due to the fact that our May 10th show is approaching quickly and there is still no word of confirmation, The Gladstones should be clear to play this show. If any of the people running this show read this before we have a chance to contact you, e-mail us at thegladstones@gstones.net. If this is not the case, we'd like to send a note to all. Since all the bands around here are way too cool to get us on their shows, even when multiple shows occur on the same days, we'd appreciate it if you kept us off the playbills. We are in no position to help you make money us.

Show tonight was messed up, but fun. Apparently, the administration at Penn State Beaver is still a little upset about The Citizens' riot. The show was moved indoors for The Gstones' set. About four songs into it, it was announced that after us, the show would move back outside. After the next song, all the high school kids had to leave. The show was not a total bust. Ian Stauffer successfully removed his boxers with his somewhat tight jeans still completely on; The video is now up. Another notable audience member was Ina, the most beautiful girl in the world (and Germany). She spent her last night here in America watching The Gstones show. Stayed even when everyone got booted out of the joint. Shouts all around to Ina. Center High School misses you already. Tonight was also the 16th birthday of the illustrious Katy Mogg. The Stones send a very stonacious birthday out to little Moggs.

The Gladstones made a somewhat surprise appearance at the show last night. Derek, Alan, and Tony played accoustic Gladstones songs while the other bands set up. Not exactly what would be called a show, but it was fun nonetheless. Props to Leeana for taking the trip from Monongahela, even if our performance was a surprise. Props to her brother, Josh, for filming one of the songs. The video will be up within the next day or so.

Today marks the kick-off of The Gladstones' new site! Take a few minutes to check everything out. Almost everything has been uploaded. The new guestbook and message boards still have a few bugs to be worked out. In the meantime, continue to post at the old guestbook and message board. The mailing list also has a few kinks to work out. Give it a shot. It might work for you. A few of the lyric pages for The Gladstones LP have not been uploaded yet. Check back at the fun page very soon for a Gladstones video game, coded by the highly talented Mike Main.
